Project Based Fundraising

ANALOGUE SITES by Jorge Otero-Pailos was a public art exhibition of monumental steel sculptures installed from April 1 - November 2, 2024 along Park Avenue in New York City. The works were created during the preservation of the former U.S. Embassy in Oslo, a landmark designed by Eero Saarinen, and fabricated from sections of the embassy’s original perimeter fence. Presented by the Sculpture Committee of The Fund for Park Avenue and NYC Parks, the sculptures engaged Park Avenue’s mid-century modern architecture and the nearby Park Avenue Armory.

To support the ambitious installation, RLL Art Services partnered closely with the artist and his studio to develop a combination of events, print sales, and charitable contributions, to achieved the six-figure goal needed to install all three monumental sculptures along Park Avenue.

Art Sales Advisory

If you are managing an estate and need an experienced advisor to assess value, compare sales options, and create a practical path forward, RLL Art Services can help.

RLL Art Services conducted a comprehensive review of vendor interest for an estate from New York, NY including fine art, watches, clocks, and coins, on behalf of a private client transitioning residences.

We evaluated key strategic questions—what should be consigned to auction versus sold outright, whether reserves were appropriate, how unsold property would be handled, and how to responsibly manage the balance of the estate after top lots were placed.

Working closely with the client’s family, we developed a strategy that reduced complexity, aligned with market realities, and enabled the timely clearance of the residence during a significant life transition.
